Information we may need to keep
Some records must be kept by law or are needed for legitimate reasons, for example invoices and tax records, waybills and proof of delivery for open claims, or information needed for legal proceedings. Where this applies, we will keep only the minimum required, restrict its use, and delete it once the retention period ends. We will tell you if any of your information has been retained and why.
Stopping WhatsApp messages only
If you just want to stop receiving WhatsApp messages from us without deleting your data, reply STOP to any of our messages.
Messages stored on WhatsApp
Deleting your data from our systems does not remove messages stored on your own device. You can delete a chat in WhatsApp yourself, and information processed by WhatsApp is also governed by WhatsApp’s privacy policy.
